No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Bites

- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup nut butter (we use almond butter)
- 1/3 cup almonds (optional)
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (a few extra to enjoy while making the bites)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries (a few extra to enjoy while making the bites)
*Pour all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix them together.
*Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
*When the mixture is cold, scoop out a spoonful and roll it into a ball.
*Keep scooping and rolling until you've used all your mixture.
*Eat + enjoy!
*Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
