South Lakes varsity womens volleyball team wins national award with combined 3.61 GPA

The 2024 Seahawk Varsity Volleyball Team has been awarded the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for the 2nd consecutive year! This award is given each year to high schools and colleges whose Varsity teams achieve a minimum of a 3.3 GPA for the entire school Year. South Lakes is one of only six Virginia high schools to win this award in 2024. In addition, South Lakes was awarded the Team Honor Roll for being in the Top 20% of high schools. The team achieved a 3.61 GPA!
