Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of music, art, and community at the Mykle Lyons Jazz Festival on Sunday, Sept. 21, from 3- 8 p.m. at Lake Anne Plaza in Reston. Admission is free, all ages are welcome, and advance premium seating is available on-line to reserve.
Enjoy performances from some of the area's finest jazz musicians:
3-3:45pm: SK Jazz
4-4:45pm: Stickman
5-5:45pm: Accidental Red
6-6:45pm: Common Ground
7-7:45pm: Loudoun Jazz Ensemble
Bring your family and friends to stroll Lake Anne Plaza, shop from 20+ artisan and craft vendors, and enjoy food and drinks from your favorite local restaurants.
This annual festival celebrates the life and legacy of Mykle Lyons, the beloved jazz bassist and Reston resident who shared his passion for music with the world — from the Kennedy Center to Montreux — and brought it home to Lake Anne.
All proceeds and tax-deductible donations benefit Friends of Reston, supporting community programs and Reston's vibrant cultural and environmental life.
We can't wait to see you there for a day of jazz, community, and celebration!
